Moore and Sons is currently finishing concrete bases for two water reservoir tanks for Ditidhat First Nations on Vancouver Island.
Each tank is 31' wide and the concrete base construction process must meet various strict engineering specs and geotechnical requirements. As an experienced builder of these bases, Moore and Sons pride itself in conforming to the strictest industry standards.
After the tank has been built and filled and tested then the original outdated tank will be demolished.
Our previous high-profile projects in this sector includes a construction of two massive concrete bases in Langford, BC, where each water tank holds 4,062 cubic meters of water. It is a whopping 1,073,067 US Liquid Gallons totaling 8,955,166.44 lbs per tank!
