Earlier this year, we built a beautiful new broom-finish concrete driveway in Surrey. At that time, arrival of cold-snaps was imminent and the temperature was hovering around 0 during the day. Over the past 25 years we’ve installed hundreds of concrete flat surfaces in pre-winter conditions, so this job was not to be any different. But, boy, we were wrong!

To prevent the concrete from freezing overnight before it completely cured, it required an insulated tarp cover on the driveway as we normally do in such conditions. However, the next morning when we removed the tarps, we saw a “decorative” stain had been transferred to the concrete from the tarps! Yikes!

Since we guarantee our work, this unexpected "decoration" was not acceptable to us. As a result, we removed the entire driveway and poured a new one. After all, we are a recognized leader in the industry, as such, that’s what we do!

Our customers were happy with the end result and gifted us with their heartwarming review. We could not have asked for more!
